Shipping Policy
Krazy Kreations ships to all locations within the United States from its warehouse in Yreka, CA.
We make every effort to quickly process and ship out new orders within 5-7 business days. However, during high order volume periods we may require up to 14 business days to process your order. Pre-ordered items, such as class kits will be shipped no later than 7 days prior to the event. Club kits are shipped approximately on the 10th day of each month.
Orders over $99 ship for free in the continental U.S.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Transit time will vary depending on the shipping carrier and service selected by the customer. If free shipping is selected, the order will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage.
- USPS Ground Advantage: Delivery within 2-5 business days after order fulfillment
- USPS Priority Mail: Delivery within 1-3 business days after order fulfillment
Returns Policy
We will accept and process returns or exchanges on defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within 60 days of the original shipment date. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your return package. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Please make your shopping selections wisely as we will not offer refunds or exchanges on any other purchases. Except for the above return or exchanges on defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, all sales are final.
